Who is ShiftGo for?+

How is pricing calculated?+

One flat price per tier based on whichever is higher: the number of stores you cover or the number of field staff you run. Your team members sign in free; only stores and staff count toward your plan.

What's the difference between members and staff?+

Members are your team: the people who sign in to ShiftGo to plan and run visits (owners, admins, schedulers), each with a role and permissions. Staff are your field team: the shippers and merchandisers you schedule into store visits and pay. Members are free; your plan is sized by stores and staff.

Do my field staff need an app?+

No. You schedule and manage everything from the web app, and staff receive payslips by email, so they don't need to log in. A field check-in experience (geofenced check-in/out with photo proof) is on the roadmap.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings as your store coverage and team size change.

Who owns my data?+

You do. Your stores, staff, schedules, and payroll data are yours. Export them whenever you need, and we never sell them.
